How long will my order take?
Usually 2-3 week until dispatch then depending on selected mail method, usually 1-5 days.
This will increase during peak times.
How much is delivery?
I use Royal Mail standard post.
1st class is £2.25 and 2nd class is £1.75 per order.
Large orders will needed to be quoted for, so please do get in touch.
Can I cancel my order?
You will have a 24 hour cancellation period to make any changes or cancel the order. After that 24 hours has passed then unfortunately the order can not be cancelled or refunded. If you need to make a small change and it is possible to do so, you can email your request to [email protected] and I will help where I can, but sadly I won't always be able to do so.
